National Champions!
End_Tec Heading to South Korea
We are absolutely bursting with pride to announce that our robotics team, End_Tec, have been crowned National Champions at the FIRST LEGO League UK National Finals in Harrogate! After an incredible day competing against 68 of the country’s brightest teams, Endon High School took the top spot.
This victory has earned End_Tec the prestigious honour of representing the United Kingdom at the International Open in South Korea this summer!
Sharing the Experience
The team has been busy sharing their journey and raising awareness of this historic achievement. From showcasing their winning robot and "Pastport" innovation project at recent Year 8 parents' evenings to an exciting appearance on BBC Radio Stoke, our students are doing an incredible job as ambassadors for our school and community.
The Road to Korea: We Need Your Support
While winning the National title is a dream come true, the mission to get the team and their specialized equipment to a global technology capital is a significant undertaking. We are currently fundraising to reach the £18,000 required to cover travel, accommodation, and registration costs.
The local community has been incredible in rallying behind us:
- Endon Cricket Club Event: Join us this Friday, 8th May, from 6:15 PM for a fundraising LEGO Night!
- Pizza & Prizes: Enjoy pizza (all profits donated), a mega-raffle, a silent auction, and a live display from the National Champions.
